Lead and be responsible for the assembly, functional, hydrostatic, and gas testing activities of all equipment produced at the unit, ensuring HSE requirements and process quality, as well as good communication and the ability to make good presentations at all levels of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve their goals and perform at their best.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote a collaborative environment, as well as manage the team, acting as a link between management and employees, being responsible for organizing tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with goals and quality standards, training and developing employees, and resolving conflicts and operational problems, ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the sector.
• Daily monitoring and control of the team's KPIs, seeking continuous improvement and the results and goals established by management.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Technician certification is required.
• A completed undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Intermediate English is essential, especially for reading technical documentation and communicating effectively with management and engineering teams.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies is considered an asset.
