The Opportunity

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated manufacturing team responsible for transforming parts and raw materials into high-quality transformer products. This role sits at the heart of daily operations, where planning meets execution and where your decisions directly impact safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met while maintaining strong safety and quality standards. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will optimize resources, remove constraints, and drive meaningful improvements across processes, equipment, and workflows. Your ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and act decisively will help strengthen operational performance and support long‑term growth.

How You’ll make an impact
Lead daily production activities to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets
Develop and execute production schedules aligned with demand plans
Optimize use of materials, equipment, and workforce resources
Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
Promote continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal specifications
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards on the shop floor
Coach and develop team members to support performance and engagement
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or manufacturing leadership
Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality systems
Experience leading teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision‑making
Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
