We are excited to share that we have two openings for Manufacturing Engineers! In this role, you will assure that product and process quality is supported and optimized. In addition, the role will involve testing finished process capabilities; establishing standards; and confirming manufacturing processes.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Develop and implement new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical production of goods.
Ensure manufacturing processes are complete and ready for SOP when product changes occur.
Perform time studies on manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy.
Develop business cases for new and current products.
Work is of a technical nature where independent judgement is used, and decisions are made within the limits of general practice policies.
Works with minimal supervision.
Analyzes product designs for the best method of manufacturing.
Specifies tools, equipment, and processes to produce a part or assembly or evaluate processes in assigned areas.
Supports the design and building of tools and equipment or recommends improvements to existing processes to improve quality and throughput.
Participates in teams and cross-functional groups.
Identify process improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
Provide assistance for prototype, pilot, and production support.
Incorporate ergonomics into safety, productivity, and performance
Support budgeting process to include recommending capital improvements and preparing justification data as required.
Performs special projects as required.
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift. Shift rotation or assignment.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university/college with 2+ years of related experience OR strong internship experience
Associates degree with 5+ years’ experience OR 7+ years’ experience in lieu of a degree required
Basic 2D/3D CAD experience

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Problem Solving Skills
Prior Creo PTC experience
Mechatronics engineering and troubleshooting
Project Management Skills (Tactical Implementation Plan, Gantt Charts) preferred
