As a Manufacturing Professional, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. You will focus on localization product distribution as needed across the IP product lines.
As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling, you will be responsible for:
· Overseeing the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements.
· Developing and implementing strategies for efficient logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
· Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
· Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
· Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics and material management activities.
· Supporting the strategic initiatives such as Manufacturing activities localization and cross business projects.
· Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption/forecasts, aged inventory, aged PO, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.
· Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field.
· Have 5+ years experience in manufacturing planning with experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
· Have intermediate knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality.
· Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal skills.
· Have Certifications - APICS will be an added advantage.
· Able to communicate in fluent English.
