POSITION SUMMARY:

You will own the assessment of HP Print-head and Printer system interactions, providing engineering solutions to product and manufacturing issues. This includes driving system-level evaluations for new product introductions and material/process changes through Product Qualification. As a System Interaction Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring robust product performance and customer satisfaction by leveraging strong system knowledge, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues and support continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to internal printer teams and outsourced
• manufacturing partners.
• Apply excellent system knowledge and troubleshooting skills to understand root
• cause of complex system interaction issues.
• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and product
• reliability.
• Collaborate with product design teams to gather system requirements and
• provide input on features impacting customer experience.
• Drive resolution of product issues by leading cross-functional teams and task
• forces.
• Develop test methods and conduct system-level performance testing.
• Partner with R&D, printer divisions, and factory Process Engineering to ensure
• robust product design during development.
• Conduct customer return triage to extract early insights from field returns and
• drive quality improvements in collaboration with product engineering and
• customer assurance teams.
• Support worldwide product launches by ensuring readiness and system
• robustness.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with more than 3 years of experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• System-level thinking and technical engineering capabilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance
• Fast learner with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
