Meet the team:
Lead operators, inspectors or testers to produce, inspect or test subassemblies, WIP products, and finished goods in support of production goals and engineering/R&D projects. Oversee a variety of complex operations and duties in a production area.
Where you come in:
•You will direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the manufacturing operations.
•You will inspect work of operators and keep documentations of yields and reject data.
•You will act as liaison between operator and supervisor/manager.
•You will execute agreed upon production plans and yields within designated area of production.
•You will assist supervisor/manager to plan and schedule resources and equipment.
•You will assist supervisor/manager in conducting and document training.
•You will ensure completeness and accuracy of manufacturing documents.
•You will ensure on-time equipment maintenance and calibration.
•You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations to FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.
•You will interact with cross-functional departments, such as Production, Engineering, and R&D, to resolve issues associated with quality, equipment, manufacturing systems, etc.
•You may assist in the transition of new products into manufacturing.
•You will monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments such as set-ups, calibrations and alignments.
•You clear minor machine difficulties and perform maintenance and repair as trained by a technician, engineer or supervisor.
•You will assist operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations.
•You will spot checks for products to ensure quality levels are maintained.
•You will assume and perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
•You must have a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in the field, previous experience working in a labsetting preferred, but not required
•You must have a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
•You must be well-organized, experienced in Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and able to comfortably workin a fast-paced environment
•You must have a good learning attitude, teamwork spirit and work under pressure
•You need to have ability to finish the task assign within timelines and meet deadlines
•You must be familiar with standard laboratory practices, specifically mixing and handling hazardous chemicals
