The Position

Position: Manager/Senior Manager - Central Market Access Strategy, I2

您将有机会：

疾病领域产品准入策略 

• 产品准入策略及规划： 根据公司整体品牌策略，制定并整合疾病领域新产品及在研产品的整体准入策略，包含医保报销（Reimbursement）、商保创新目录准入（C-list）及基药目录准入等的策略开发。
• 价值建议开发： 与医学、市场部协作，开发具有竞争力的产品价值建议（Value Proposition）及定制化的准入沟通材料及资料（如 DA、Value Deck等） 。

疾病领域产品准入落地执行 

• 准入全流程管理： 负责统筹该 TA 在中央层面准入、地方准入互动及动态调整机制下的医保和卫生准入及具体落地工作，协助处理相关异议并确保准入结果交付 。
• 重点项目运营： 策划并执行部门疾病领域重点策略项目，确保项目目标与产品准入需求高度切合 。
• 工具与培训： 支持中央及地方团队的客户沟通，提供沟通工具包使用培训及政策异议处理支持 。
• 区域协同： 与区域准入团队配合，推动落地及本地政策项目的执行 。

疾病领域政策倡导

• 政策洞察与框架构建： 研究并监测国家及地方医药政策趋势（如 DRG/DIP、动态准入等），构建并优化疾病领域的准入政策影响框架 。
• 准入环境塑造： 统筹该疾病领域的政策倡导规划，通过与高层利益相关者（政府机构、智库、学术团体）的合作，推动有利于创新药准入的政策环境和疾病规范化管理 。

疾病领域准入 BP 

• 业务战略协同： 作为 NMA 部门与业务部门（CE）、及其他准入团队沟通的桥梁，参与核心讨论及准入建议，确保准入视角融入产品全生命周期策略 。
• 跨团队资源整合： 协调跨部门资源（医学、市场、VEP等），支持疾病领域关键产品在国家/地方准入一体化策略中的执行，提升组织效能 。
• 客户需求洞察： 动态维护内疾病领域内核心政策及影响客户图谱，基于区域需求进行客户的协同拜访等，并针对疾病领域提供差异化的解决方案，提升准入工作的客户导向。

我们期待您：

• 需具备 5 年以上（经理）或8 年以上（高级经理）医疗行业工作经验，其中至少包含 3 年或5年以上市场准入相关经验；
• 教育背景：拥有相关领域的学位（医学、卫生政策、经济学、管理学等），硕士学位优先。
• 专业技能：具备项目管理与执行方面的专业知识者优先。
• 语言能力：具备优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力。
• 演讲技巧：具备良好的演示与汇报技巧。
