Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Responsible for driving business growth via Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) by establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with IFA firms/advisors under broker company. Regular visits and communications to understand business needs and provide timely professional support and solutions.

  • Business Development and Support: Responsible for promoting sales and marketing of company products through IFA channels, assisting in the formulation and implementation of market expansion plans, and continuously tracking policy underwriting status to improve performance and market share.

  • Training and Empowerment: Provide professional trainings for IFAs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements, to enhance overall business capabilities and service quality. Hold regular seminars or online training sessions for IFAs with mainland background.

  • Market Information Collection and Feedback: Collect and analyze market trends, competitor situations, and client feedback from IFA channels to offer recommendations for optimizing company products and services.

  • Compliance Management: Ensure the IFA business processes comply with company and regulatory requirements, assist advisors in solving compliance issues, and promote the construction of a compliance culture.

  • Project Management: Lead or participate in the planning, execution, and subsequent evaluation of projects related to the IFA channel, ensuring project objectives are met and processes are continuously optimized.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, preferably in finance, insurance, marketing, or related fields.

  • At least 5-year relevant experiences in finance, insurance, wealth management, or related industries. Experience in IFA channel management and mainland background is preferred.

  • Familiar with financial products, insurance business, and relevant regulations. Experience in training and empowerment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, project management ability, and market analysis skills.

  • Able to handle complex business scenarios independently.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written). Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

  • Possess a spirit of teamwork, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources to drive business development

  • Proactive work attitude, able to complete tasks under pressure, with innovative mindset and sense of responsibility.
