Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIS team, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Voice and Mobile Phone Data, Cost, and Asset Analyst to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with analyzing voice and mobile phone data, analyzing expenses, and supervising asset management associated with mobile devices within the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret telephone and mobile phone usage data to identify trends and patterns.
Learn to develop, read and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics. - Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs associated with mobile phone plans, devices, and services.
Learn to analyze and report on cost-saving opportunities and action opportunities to optimize telephone and mobile expenses. - Asset Management: Oversee the inventory of mobile devices, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of assets.
Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. - Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on mobile phone strategies and policies.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers - Collaboration: Supports strategic project deployment by completing deliverables for new solutions and services.
Provides technical and resource assistance to the Voice Service Delivery, Call Center and Voice operational teams as needed – various roles. - Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and procedures related to mobile phone data and asset management. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding telephone and mobile phone usage and data security.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile phone assets and data management.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and data tracking.
