Your Opportunity

  •  Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with commercial plans, financial expectations, and supply capabilities, ensuring timely integration of demand signals into planning systems and the transmission to the global hubs.

  • Oversee end-to-end demand and supply planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels, balance supply availability, and optimize inventory levels and write-offs across Pakistan.

  • Act as the key interface between affiliate, regional, and global supply chain functions, ensuring alignment on demand assumptions, supply priorities, and operational plans.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to understand market dynamics, forecast adjustments, tender-driven demand, and product lifecycle changes.

  • Manage inventory planning, replenishment, Inventory related losses (including expiries) and stock management at the warehouse level, ensuring appropriate inventory coverage and service continuity.

  • Collaborate with global planning, order management, and transportation teams to mitigate supply risks and maintain service levels.

  • Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners to maintain operational efficiency and support effective inventory handling and distribution processes.

  • Ensure appropriate management of logistics-related claims, including short shipments, damages, and temperature excursions where applicable.

  • Manage communication related to product availability, supply constraints, or logistics bottlenecks, ensuring transparency and alignment with the stakeholders.

  • Drive supply chain performance through data-driven analysis, supporting improvements in areas such as forecast accuracy, KPI management, inventory management, service performance, and write-off reduction.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to strengthen planning and supply chain reliability.

  • Support data consolidation, reporting, and analytics to generate insights that inform operational decision-making and planning improvements.

  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to manage product phase-in and phase-out processes, ensuring smooth portfolio transitions and timely product availability.

  • Support regional and global supply chain projects and process improvements, contributing to operational efficiency and planning effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain functions, particularly in planning and operational environments.

  • Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with Visualization and SAP systems, particularly PowerBI, Excel, SD, MM, and Demand Planning modules.

  • Experience working in large or multinational organizations is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of customs tariffs, H.S. Codes, SROs, and import/export regulatory frameworks.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, both locally and globally.

  • Experience in people management is desirable.
