Job Responsibilities:
Oversees all personnel related issues pertaining to the department.
Support the ongoing development and training of the staff inclusive of Supervisors and Assistant Managers within the department.
Scheduling, hiring, and evaluating all personnel.
Manages the reporting and performance of the Supply Chain Coordinator, Account Executives and Account Mangers.
Ensures a proper and complete start-up for all new ordering accounts. This will include securing vehicle specifications and information required to develop an initial specification catalog.
Ensures the timely distribution of recurring and ad-hoc status reports.
Provides consultative guidance to the staff and clients on custom solutions for reporting and distribution of deliverables.
Foster the growth of strong customer relationships.
Act as a liaison with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.
Manages the budget for our Rail customers
Ensures the proper reconciliation between budget projections, billings and client payments.
Create and execute custom invoicing solutions as needed to meet our client’s goals.
Supports Holman Rail in terms of developing, presenting, and implementation of custom Supply Chain solutions for our clients and prospects.
Sells prospects on the value of Holman Rail Services Supply Chain Management
Continuous effort to “normalize” the Supply Chain process for both clients and prospects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Vessel replacement strategy
Engage relevant parties across the Holman organization including ordering, procurement, upfitting, L&T, and delivery to optimize and execute the replacement strategy
Oversees the communications between Supply Chain personnel and Sales/TSM’s to bring back information from the field to internal VADS responsible parties including Spec Analysts, TCA’s, Supply Chain Administrators, and order processors.
Supports Holman Rail Services in the planning and develop of department goals, initiatives and performance metrics.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $120,730.00 - $187,130.00 USD annually for full time employees.
