Our Strategy & Operations team is a nimble group that partners with senior leaders across Match Group and our portfolio businesses on their most important strategic priorities. The team shapes the company’s long-term direction by bringing analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and clear operational guidance. We bridge high-level vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring the organization is aligned and moving effectively toward shared goals.
As Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will act as an internal strategy consultant to executive leadership and the Match Group brands. You will lead or support high-impact initiatives, helping define strategic direction and translating insights into actionable plans. You should be equally comfortable diving into data, synthesizing findings into recommendations, and partnering across teams to bring proposals to life. You will report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, and work closely with peers across Strategy, Operations, and Consumer Research. As part of a corporate team supporting a portfolio of brands, you will engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders and adapt seamlessly to different business needs, work styles, and communication preferences.
