Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE

The Strategy Manager will support our main clients across global planning and strategic initiatives. 

This role will be instrumental in shaping media investment strategies, audience segmentation, and performance insights across LATAM, APAC, and US markets, working with the US Strategy Lead

The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, ability to interpret the data, strategic thinking, storytelling and collaborative energy to a fast-paced, high-visibility client engagement.

Will handle multiple projects of multi-channel media campaigns, working well in a team environment, bringing support to team colleagues when necessary.

This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Lead strategic planning efforts across multiple regions, aligning media investment with business growth forecasts and audience opportunity, with strategic direction and input from the US Strategy lead.

Support segmentation and analysis of audience data (e.g., Merkury, GWI) to inform targeting and activation strategies.

Collaborate with planning, analytics, and activation teams to ensure strategic continuity across channels and markets.

Develop strategic POVs, investment frameworks, and client-ready presentations that translate data into actionable insights, with supervision of the US Strategy Lead.

Partner with client stakeholders to refine objectives and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Contribute to quarterly business reviews, upfront planning, and long-range strategic roadmaps.

As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.

You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.

QUALIFICATIONS

4–6 years of experience in media strategy, consulting, or marketing analytics, ideally within financial services or B2B sectors.

Strong understanding of audience planning tools (LiveRamp, Merkury, GWI, etc.) and media investment modeling.

Experience working in global or multi-market environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to:

-  Simplify complex data for executive audiences, and to

- Communicate the information and insights in a simple but engaging manner (storytelling) to gain client understanding and agreement.

Comfortable working in a matrixed team with partial allocations and cross-functional dependencies.

Prior experience with companies like Principal Financial or other similar financial services clients is a plus.
