Responsibilities:

  • You support Freudenberg Filtration Technologies' global business units with sound strategic analyses and create transparency for forward-looking management decisions

  • As a strategic sparring partner, you assist business units in developing and implementing sustainable growth and competitive strategies

  • As part of the strategic planning process, you are responsible for implementation and continuous monitoring

  • You conduct market, competition, and exploration analyses and derive clear, implementation-oriented recommendations for action from them

  • You identify and evaluate new business potential—from market entry strategies to portfolio and innovation initiatives

  • You lead selected strategic initiatives and special projects, for example in the areas of M&A, new business development, or commercial excellence

  • You support the business units in optimizing sales strategies through data-driven analyses and the use of modern tools

  • You prepare complex issues in a management-friendly manner and present your results convincingly at various decision-making levels

Qualifications:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus

  • You bring experience in strategy consulting and market research – and have already successfully implemented your concepts

  • Project management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengths

  • You are confident in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive monitoring

  • You are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and Copilot

  • You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mind

  • You are fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
