The Manager, Store Communications, is responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of clear, consistent, and effective communications and procedures that enable store teams to deliver exceptional selling, service, client experiences and operational execution excellence. This role ensures that all omni store communications—including sales, service, operational updates, policies, procedures, and program communications—are aligned, easy to understand, and actionable. The Manager plays a critical role in translating strategy into frontline execution, supporting sales performance, service excellence, and operational consistency across the retail network.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Network OMNI Store Communications

  • Lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of all national store communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance

  • Act as the single point of accountability for store communications, ensuring alignment across Operations, Sales & Service Programs, High Value Client Programs, HR, Marketing, and other partners

  • Establish communication standards, cadence, and governance to reduce noise and improve store engagement

Sales, Service & Operational Communications

  • Partner closely with Sales, Service & Operational Programs to develop clear, compelling communications that support selling and service behaviours, service standards, and client engagement expectations

  • Translate Sales, Service & Operational strategies, programs, tools, and initiatives into practical, store‑ready communications

  • Ensure service standards, selling expectations, and client experience priorities are clearly understood and consistently executed at store level

  • Support launch and sustainment communications for new Sales, Service & Operational initiatives, training, and tools

Procedures & Documentation

  • Own the development, maintenance, and governance of network store procedures, ensuring they are current, accurate, and easy to execute

  • Ensure procedures support sales productivity, service excellence, and operational efficiency

  • Regularly review and simplify procedures to remove friction and improve store execution

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partners cross-functionally with all department teams to align communications and procedures

  • Ensure omni store impacts are assessed and mitigated when introducing new initiatives or changes

  • Act as a key connector between strategy teams and omni store execution

Quality, Accuracy & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all communications and procedures meet high standards of accuracy, quality, and clarity

  • Gather omni store feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and procedural usability

  • Monitor adoption and execution to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build strong communication, process, and operational capability

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 / 85.000,00$ - 110.000,00$ (per year / par an)

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
