Why Work Here

At Tenet3, our employee’s contributions are highly visible, valued, and rewarded. Be part of a team that supports both your personal and professional growth. Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where we’re continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. If you’re looking to work in a place that combines cutting-edge technology with a strong sense of culture and team spirit, and amazing benefits, then we are the place for you!

The Role

We are seeking a Supervisor within our Solutions team who possesses a blend of deep technical MBSE expertise and disciplined programmatic leadership. You will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, ensuring that technical execution not only meets high engineering standards but also aligns with contractual requirements, budget constraints, and delivery schedules.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level program strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of robust, scalable models, ensuring technical traceability, and driving the adoption of automation (Python) within our engineering workflows. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a deep background in systems thinking and the ability to manage complex programs within the GovCon and commercial framework.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as the final technical reviewer for all MBSE artifacts, ensuring adherence to MeTRA standards and internal modeling benchmarks
  • Lead the design of component-level solutions and ensure that abstract requirements are successfully translated into executable, traceable designs
  • Oversee the integration of Python-based automation within the MBSE lifecycle to streamline data analysis and model validation
  • Ensure all technical outputs align with client mission objectives and contractual milestones
  • Manage team capacity and the allocation of engineers across various sessions and retrospectives
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating complex modeling data into clear, actionable stories for non-technical leadership
  • Directly supervise and coach early-career Solutions Engineers, providing guidance on technical tools and professional technical communication
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, perform evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Systems Expertise: 10+ years in Systems Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably with MBSE tools and the SysML language.
  • Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role, specifically managing technical individual contributors.
  • Programmatic Experience: 3+ years of experience in a lead or management role, with a proven track record of managing technical delivery against contract milestones.
  • Automation Literacy: Ability to oversee and validate Python-based automation workflows. You should be able to review code logic and ensure scripts align with programmatic data requirements.
  • Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to view problems through a holistic lens to understand how individual components affect the total system performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field. Master’s Degree and PMP certification are both highly desirable.
