How you’ll make an impact:

The Manager Site Merchandising is responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience to drive customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and optimize revenue across the company’s digital platforms. This role involves leading site operations, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the online store reflects the brand’s standards and priorities.

40%: eCommerce Site Operations & Strategy

  • Lead workload flow for entire Canada website including Special Projects and all Shops
  • Own daily site scrubs with eCommerce and Product Category team
  • Oversee campaign and shop accuracy on the site
  • Leads A/B testing for marketing campaigns to assess performance across channels, delivering quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations to drive conversion and ROI improvements.
  • Oversee end to end site experience from a customer perspective. Proactively look for opportunities to make digital experiences friction less for customers and support evolving business goals
  • Super user for Adobe Analytics, Quantum metrics, Trello, Brand Folder, Contentful
  • Challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies

30%: Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Responsible for leading weekly site refreshes with the team ensuring that all linking, destinations, and merchandising needs are met
  • Lead contact for traffic, email and development teams on any outstanding JIRA tickets or issues
  • Lead creative review meetings to communicate linking strategy and customer journey
  • Review recommendation zones and sort order rules and track changes.
  • Work directly with Manager Canada Marketing to gain a deeper understanding of analytics
  • Collaborates with U.S. teams to adapt strategies for the Canadian market and delivers actionable digital performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Canadian team, enabling optimized campaign execution and improved KPI results

30%: Leadership & Development

  • Leads and mentors direct reports with a collaborative and growth-focused approach, fostering development and high performance.
  • Plan, execute and maintain training for the broader team, on any new site initiatives
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and give feedback ensuring deliverables align with the strategy/project goals
  • Mentor site merchandisers and site merchandising specialists

We’d Love to hear from you if:

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of prior Ecommerce experience required
  • Data & Analytics Expertise - Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into strategic actions.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric.
  • Skilled in running A/B tests, interpreting results, and using data to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and site performance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration - Act as the central hub between merchandising, marketing, creative, and development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading site refreshes, creative reviews, and aligning stakeholders on strategies, campaign execution, and customer journeys.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across markets, including working with U.S. teams.
  • Proficiency in managing workflows with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and Trello.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Leadership Strong capability in managing daily site operations and guiding direct reports.
  • Experienced in overseeing workflows, performing quality control (QC) on site updates, and ensuring campaign accuracy.
  • Skilled in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Process optimization mindset, focused on challenging the status quo and driving efficiency.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible, and to prioritize
