Position : Manager, Seller Service (Training Manager)

 

Position: 

We will look at all seller experiences in Coupang and help you improve on the need for improvement through Insight 

  

 What will you do?  

• Develop and manage training materials for all consultation skills in Seller Support (1P, 3P) 
• Organize training operations for new business initiatives in Seller Support 
• Training for new Seller Support Consultant / OSP agents 
• Onboarding and training operations for new hires in Seller Support 
•  

Essential Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree holder 
• More than 3 years of experience working in the training/ e-commerce industry. 
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills 
• Prior involvement in projects aimed at improving customer experience or operational processes. 
• Fluent communication skills with related departments, both verbally and in writing 
• Flexible handling of new and diverse tasks 

 

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable (in accordance with regulations, the regular monthly salary is above NT$40,000).
