None/Not RequiredThe Manager, Sales and Distribution & Global Trade is responsible for leading business systems initiatives and digital transformation efforts supporting Sales & Distribution (SD) and Global Trade domains. This role serves as the primary liaison between Digital Technology (DT) and business stakeholders, translating commercial, order management, logistics execution, and trade compliance requirements into scalable, integrated system solutions that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Leads SAP ERP implementations, system migrations (including ECC to S/4HANA), enhancements, and sustainment activities. This includes ownership of application support, break/fix resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system stability, transactional accuracy, and successful user adoption. The role drives process optimization, standardization, and system improvements across Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) and Global Trade processes to enable efficient order fulfillment, billing accuracy, and compliant cross-border transactions.

What YOU will do:
Business Systems & Digital Initiative Leadership
Lead digital technology initiatives supporting Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, and Global Trade functions.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and compliance challenges and translate them into system-enabled solutions.
Support execution of ERP roadmap initiatives aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
SAP ERP Implementation & Enhancements (ECC / S/4HANA)
Lead and support full lifecycle SAP implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Contribute to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration efforts, ensuring continuity of order processing, billing, and trade compliance operations.
Coordinate cross-functional design workshops and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Application Sustainment & Break/Fix Support
Own day-to-day application support for Sales & Distribution and Global Trade systems.
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue prioritization to meet service level agreements.
Lead enhancement intake, impact assessment, and release management processes.
O2C & Trade Compliance Optimization
Drive improvements across the end-to-end O2C process, including order entry, pricing, ATP, delivery, shipment, billing, credit management, and returns.
Ensure export control, sanctions screening, customs documentation, and trade compliance processes are properly integrated and maintained.
Support pricing governance, rebate management, and contract execution processes.
Identify and address process or system gaps impacting revenue recognition, billing accuracy, or on-time delivery performance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance leaders for system-related initiatives.
Facilitate solution design sessions and requirements workshops.
Communicate system changes, impacts, and timelines clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital technology, or IT business systems roles.
5+ years supporting Sales & Distribution and/or Global Trade functions.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation; multiple implementations preferred.
Experience supporting ERP migrations, upgrades, or system consolidations.
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and global environments.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) including end-to-end O2C processes (order management, pricing, ATP, shipping, billing, credit management, returns).
Experience supporting complex pricing structures, rebates, contracts, intercompany sales, direct-ship and third-party/drop-ship processes.
Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support global implementations, site deployments, stakeholder workshops, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
