.Customer Quality:
-Be the customer interface for any claim alert or other concern
-Able to analyze the customer returns (zero km and warranty) following the PDCA methodology and with respect to the lead time to customer response
-Is the quality interface when customer audit will be done in production facility
-Insure that efficient preventive actions to solve potential incidents are introduced during project phase.
-Submission of Initial Samples and PPAP to the customer
System Quality:
-Manage the Quality system including IATF16949, Coordinate and participate in system and process audits (customer, 3. Party, internal audits)
-Provide Quality training to the employees.
Laboratory and Incoming Inspection:
-Insure that the lab tests will be completed on time (for new products and current production in line with the timing plan)
-For all new products validate the internal specifications and associated test plan.
Production Quality:
-Through concrete actions leads the Quality cost reduction process
-Set up a detection system for non conformity (incoming inspection, product audit, process audit), and manage the corrective actions.
APQP and Warranty experiences
Management:
-Manage the Quality department team.
-Team developement
-Coordinate the implementation of the Total Quality and Quality System in line with Quality standard
-Has the authority to stop the production or deliveries of products/services which could provoke customer dissatisfaction
1.Bachelor degree at minimum ( 4 years University) in engineering background.
2. At least 4 years in quality management role and more than 10 years working experience in automotive industry.
3. Familiar with AIAG Core Tools, Six Sigma, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, IATF16949, APQP, Minitab, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, Warranty, Lean production
4. Fluent English in written and spoken.
5. Preferably working experience with NA, European, Japanese, Korea and Chinese OEMs
