The Manager, Products will take ownership and lead the execution of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana’s product development and pricing initiatives. The role holder will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Actuarial, Finance, Risk, Distribution, and Compliance teams, as well as regional and Group stakeholders, to deliver competitive, customer-centric, and profitable insurance products aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

• Lead, contribute to, and oversee the execution of the product development and pricing roadmap for Prudential Life Ghana.

• Build, challenge, and enhance product proposals to deliver value to customers and support business growth targets.

• Manage the development, review, and maintenance of actuarial pricing and profit testing models.

• Review and sign off on pricing outputs, including premium rates, surrender values, and key financial metrics.

• Oversee the preparation and review of product documentation, policy documents, and product summary documents.

•Ensure timely completion of all agreed product pricing initiatives including requisite materials for internal and regulatory approvals.

Act as the primary point of contact with the regulator on actuarial matters relating to product approvals, repricing requests, and post-approval queries

•Manage and coach junior product team members, supporting capability development.

Monitor the performance of approved products against pricing assumptions, including mortality, lapses, expenses, investment returns, and profitability metrics.

•Collaborate with Prudential Africa and Group stakeholders on product-related initiatives as required.
