About the role
The Manager, Product Strategy Support, Data & Tech will play a critical role in supporting our Global Solutions and client-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to position and sell dentsu’s Data & Technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering market intelligence, coordinating cross-functional projects, and preparing executive-level presentations to support both client pitches and strategic priorities within dentsu’s Data & Technology organization. This position requires strong collaboration, content development, and strategic alignment with senior leadership to drive growth.
What you’ll do
Provide direct support to Global Solutions leadership through project coordination, material development, and strategic input on key initiatives
Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and thought leadership content to advance dentsu’s Data & Technology organization agenda
Develop tools and frameworks that support Solutions teams in articulating dentsu’s differentiated value
Partner with regional and market leadership to identify enablement needs and deliver targeted programs that improve sales effectiveness and client engagement
Create, maintain, and scale standardized sales playbooks, product narratives, case studies, and value proposition materials
Ensure consistency and quality of enablement content across markets and client-facing teams
Partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure messaging aligns with broader brand positioning
Support cross-functional initiatives that drive adoption of new solutions and capabilities
Support the design and delivery of enablement sessions, workshops, and learning modules for sales and client leadership teams
Collect feedback from sales teams and leadership to continuously improve enablement programs
Track competitive intelligence and integrate market insights into enablement strategy
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required)
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, or related roles within advertising, or technology-driven organizations
Experience developing enablement strategies, playbooks, and training programs for global or matrixed organizations
Excellent collaboration skills with ability to influence and align across senior leadership, product, and commercial teams
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication—both written and verbal—tailored to diverse audiences
Ability to produce high-quality materials such as case studies, value propositions, and executive presentations
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to gather and synthesize competitive insights and integrate them into enablement strategies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
