- Market Penetration: Identify, target, and secure partnerships with China-based game developers and agencies looking to launch or grow their titles in Japan, South Korea, and other Asian markets.
- Business Development: Proactively contact new and existing clients/agencies to educate them on our cross-border marketing solutions. Leverage your existing network within the Chinese gaming industry to secure high-value contracts.
- Strategic Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s game mechanics, target audience, and marketing objectives to propose tailored influencer marketing and branding strategies that resonate with JP/KR audiences.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed Gross Profit targets.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Act as a solid bridge between Chinese clients and our regional execution teams, ensuring local market insights (JP/KR) are accurately translated into client success.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of gaming trends in Asia (e.g., Subculture/ACGN trends in Japan, MMO trends in Korea) and act as a thought leader for digital marketing within the China outbound community.
- Operational Excellence: Provide professional, high-touch service in responding to RFPs and customized requests, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record in branding marketing or influencer marketing.
- Strategic Clients: Demonstrated experience in managing Tier-1 strategic accounts (major game publishers/developers) and navigating high-level decision-making processes.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the China Outbound Gaming ecosystem, specifically for markets like Japan and South Korea.
- Strategic Selling: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver innovative, customized branding solutions (not just standard packages).
- Communication: Excellent pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive with strong follow-through.
- Languages: Native Mandarin and professional English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
