Core Responsibilities
1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic digital product.
3. Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
4. Provides guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Manages product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and client outreach as necessary.
5. Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions.
6. Leads the planning, development, and implementation of new products with significant impact. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
7. Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
8. Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
