Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management - Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses LAC
Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMEs) remain the backbone of economic growth across Latin America and the Caribbean, representing approximately 90% of businesses, over half of employment, and a significant share of regional GDP. In recent years, rapid digitalization, evolving customer expectations, and increasing economic volatility have reshaped the challenges and opportunities facing this segment. MSMEs today require more than access to financial products—they need integrated, forward-looking solutions that enable resilience, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
At Mastercard, we are committed to empowering every business, everywhere, by delivering innovative, relevant, and future-ready solutions. The MSME segment continues to be a central pillar of Mastercard’s growth strategy, given its critical role in the payment ecosystem as both users and enablers of digital commerce.
To continue innovating and differentiating our value proposition, the LAC Commercial Products & Engineering team is seeking a Manager, Micro & Small Business Product Management, to help accelerate growth in this segment. This role will drive the evolution of value propositions across credit, debit, and prepaid products, leveraging data-driven insights, partnerships, and innovation.
