What is the Opportunity?

RBC is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Liquidity Solutions to join our dynamic and growing team within the Cash Management division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the product strategy, design, and development of our Liquidity product suite, catering to the evolving needs of our global client base. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate across diverse teams, including Technology, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales, to deliver innovative, best-in-class products and exceptional client experiences.

Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, Liquidity Solutions, you will also contribute strategically to the future roadmap of Liquidity Solutions while adopting an agile methodology to deliver impactful results.

What will you do?

  • Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive vision for Liquidity Solutions, including Liquidity Management, Time Deposits, Tokenized Deposits, and hybrid solutions.
  • Champion Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to drive innovation and digital transformation within the Liquidity space.
  • Translate Client Needs into Solutions: Identify product use cases, actively engage with Sales  and clients to understand their needs, and translate these into actionable business requirements, data points, and backlog items.
  • Refine Product Backlog: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and maintain an organized product backlog to ensure effective delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, exceptional client experiences, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support Go-to-Market Readiness: Contribute to product launches, rollouts, and ad-hoc deployment activities, ensuring readiness across all business functions.
  • Enhance Communication Strategies: Assist in business communication planning to support product development and deployment initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets or Transaction Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of Liquidity Solutions such as Time Deposits, Cash Concentration, Tokenized Deposits.
  • Hands-on experience in agile product development including creating and grooming user stories and refining backlog.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex initiatives clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product designs, roadmaps, and development plans.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in executing product development initiatives and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with innovative technologies and digital banking trends.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $XXX - $XXX depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$115,000.00 - $165,000.00
