Job Description:

At Disney, we’re storytellers. We make the impossible, possible. The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is a world-class entertainment and technological leader. Walt’s passion was to continuously envision new ways to move audiences around the world—a passion that remains our touchstone in an enterprise that stretches from theme parks, resorts and a cruise line to sports, news, movies and a variety of other businesses. Uniting each endeavor is a commitment to creating and delivering unforgettable experiences — and we’re constantly looking for new ways to enhance these exciting experiences.

Disney Experiences Technology creates world-class immersive experiences across our global theme parks, resorts, and vacation clubs. As the Manager of Product Management, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for our Contact Center (Sales & Service) and Site-Specific application portfolios.

This role requires a leader who is not only a strategist but also a pioneer in the "Next-Gen" of product management. You will be responsible for casting a vision of the future that integrates Generative AI into the Guest and Cast experience, while simultaneously utilizing AI-driven tools (such as Cursor) to revolutionize our internal product definition and delivery workflows. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 5–6 Product Managers to drive measurable business outcomes across a diverse global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Formulate and maintain comprehensive, forward-looking roadmaps for the Contact Center platform (Sales and Service) and Site-Specific apps, ensuring alignment with global business strategy and growth opportunities.
  • AI Integration & Vision: Identify and champion use cases for AI within the product roadmap to increase revenue and efficiency. Drive the adoption of Gen-AI tools within the internal PM process to improve the quality of requirements and accelerate the SDLC.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 Product Managers, fostering a "people-first" culture that prioritizes continuous learning, curiosity, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a key collaborator with business and technology leaders, navigating complex relationships to ensure all partners are "brought along" during critical transformation moments.
  • Site-Specific Portfolio Management: Oversee the product lifecycle for specialized applications supporting critical operations such as the Disney College Program (DORMS), Textile Services, and Animal Sciences.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the budget for your product area, utilizing financial tracking and forecasting as a key bellwether for the health and predictable delivery of your portfolio.

Who You Are

  • Constantly Curious: You are always learning and looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, and the business processes you support.
  • Optimistic Problem Solver: You have never met a problem you wouldn’t attempt to solve. You have a natural "bias for action" and excel at removing roadblocks to find a path forward.
  • Strategic Navigator: You are adept at understanding complex, multi-site business processes and translating them into innovative technology solutions.
  • People-First Leader: You lead through influence and empathy, checking your ego at the door to foster an environment where your team can do their best work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience managing teams and leading through influence.
  • Product Strategy Expertise: Proven track record of creating and executing roadmaps for complex technology platforms, specifically within the Contact Center, Sales, or Service space.
  • AI/Gen-AI Propensity: Demonstrated vision for utilizing AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode) to streamline internal product management and delivery processes.
  • Full SDLC Mastery: Deep experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring that product vision translates into high-quality engineering delivery.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to accurately forecast and manage budgets, using financial data to communicate the health and status of your area.
  • Exceptional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner across various business lines (domestic and international) to ensure a consistent Guest and Cast experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for improving Cast and overall Customer Experiences

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
