Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management - Airport Experiences
Cardholder Services is a critical organization within the Consumer Products & Processing business, delivering best‑in‑class benefits with a dual mandate: enhance Mastercard’s core value proposition and drive services revenue. This dynamic, high‑impact team combines deep product expertise with exceptional partner management to deliver industry‑leading customer experiences.
In this role, you will support the development, optimization, and global delivery of Airport Services benefits. You will lead key partner relationships and ensure seamless execution across product, services, and operational teams. You will also help drive market competitiveness, pricing consistency, and differentiation for Mastercard within the travel vertical. Responsibilities include global asset development, vendor management, issuer communications, regional coordination, and management of launch timelines.
The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works independently, collaborates across global teams, and leverages data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
Card Benefits Strategy & Development
Align with product teams to deliver benefits that enhance customer value in line with Mastercard’s global Airport Services strategy.
Revenue Growth
Identify and execute opportunities to expand monetization of Airport Services benefits.
Manage the Airport Services strategic roadmap and support the regional pipeline.
Partner Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
Negotiate agreements, conduct quarterly business reviews, and monitor performance against SLAs.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Ensure benefit initiatives are coordinated across card product teams.
Integrate benefits into platform roadmaps and ensure proper setup with operational enablers.
Go-to-Market Enablement
Partner with Commercialization, B2B Marketing, and other teams to equip them with tools, training, and insights needed to promote benefit awareness.
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs, partner performance, and ROI.
Leverage insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Global Execution
Support asset development, vendor management, and issuer communications across the Americas.
Coordinate with regional teams and manage end-to-end project timelines.
Experience
Deep understanding of the airport and travel landscape, including industry dynamics, operational requirements, and effective go-to-market strategies.
Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases, managing budgets, understanding cost drivers, and owning P&L.
Experience with airport lounge operations and external vendor management (preferred).
Background in product management, partnerships, or related roles within payments, financial services, or travel loyalty programs.
Proven ability to manage high-value partner relationships and deliver measurable business results.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue generation, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; experienced in global, matrixed organizations.
Ability to think strategically while managing multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
