Job Description Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement and commercial activities across interior fitout projects .The role focuses on delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, commercial negotiations, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

About the Role:
- Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
- Develop and execute category strategies for key spend areas including project contractors, consultants, OEMs, and professional services
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ/RFI development, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives across projects and portfolios
- Support open-book and negotiated procurement models aligned with client and project requirements
- Commercial & Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms, contracts, MSAs, WO agreements, and SLAs
- Manage rate cards, pricing frameworks, scope changes, and contract amendments
- Ensure commercial risk mitigation, contractual compliance, and alignment with C&W governance standards
- Support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract closure activities
- Supplier Management & Governance
- Lead supplier onboarding, performance management, and governance frameworks
- Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and KPI reviews to ensure service quality and risk compliance
- Build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitive tension
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders, project managers, account leads, and clients
- Translate business and client requirements into effective procurement and commercial strategies
- Present sourcing strategies, commercial recommendations, and savings outcomes to senior leadership and clients
- Support client-facing discussions related to procurement strategy, vendor selection, and commercials
- Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements
- Maintain procurement documentation, approval trails, and contract repositories
- Track and report savings, value delivery, procurement KPIs, and risk metrics
About You:
- B.E Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in interior fitout projects with min handling capacity of 10cr project at a time
- Experience in handling eprocurement through platform like Workday , SAP , Procuretiger or Jaggaer.
- Strong experience in Advance excel & Power BI
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
