A little bit about our team:
The EMEA Regional Marketing team serves as the strategic hub connecting marketing resources across the region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while delivering cultural impact through localized execution. We lead core regional functions—including Artist Marketing, Paid Media, Creator Marketing, Platform Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics—embedding expertise and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance at every level. Our focus spans from delivering best-in-class campaign execution and optimization to unlocking platform partnerships and implementing data-driven insights for smarter decisions. By uniting marketing capabilities under shared objectives and common metrics, we enable EMEA to lead with innovation and maximize the success of our artists globally.
Your role:
You are responsible for driving playlist curation and implementing platform optimization strategies that enhance artist visibility and fan engagement across digital streaming platforms. Reporting into the Vice President, Marketing Services EMEA, this role curates EMEA Topsify playlists, develops SEO-driven playlist strategies, and manages artist profile optimizations as part of broader marketing campaigns. This position requires expertise in digital marketing within DSP environments, strong knowledge of SEO, and the ability to connect platform strategies to artist marketing objectives. Please note - this role will be advertised across other regions in EMEA.
Here you’ll get to:
Lead playlist curation, managing Topsify for EMEA to support artist campaigns and regional initiatives.
Implement artist DSP & Social profile optimizations (playlist pinning, SEO bios, metadata) as a key component of campaign planning and audience engagement.
Develop SEO-driven playlist strategies (fixed and dynamic) to boost discoverability as part of marketing activations.
Collaborate with marketing teams across EMEA and global stakeholders to integrate platform optimization into artist marketing strategies.
Work with local marketing teams to incorporate regional and cultural nuances into curated playlists and marketing initiatives.
Track performance metrics for playlists and (streaming & social) profile optimizations, reporting insights to inform marketing strategy refinements.
Stay up to date with DSP features, SEO trends, and platform innovations to continually evolve marketing-driven optimization strategies.
About you:
Proven experience in digital marketing for music, with strong knowledge of DSP ecosystems, playlist curation, and audience growth strategies.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, metadata optimization, and content discoverability as marketing levers.
Experience in managing curated content within marketing frameworks (e.g., branded playlists).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across local, regional, and global teams.
Ability to analyze platform engagement data and apply insights to marketing campaigns.
Passion for music, streaming trends, and creating impactful fan engagement strategies across EMEA
We’d love it if you also had:
Experience working with multiple EMEA markets and familiar with their unique cultural nuances.
Experience working with diverse marketing teams and global campaigns.
Existing relationships with regional platform partners.
Experience with content monitoring and analytics tools.
