[What the role is]
To support the development of Community Development Council (CDC) through outreach and engagement of partners with the purpose of forming collaboration to further the CDC’s mission and objective.
[What you will be working on]
Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
- Assist Senior Manager (Partnership & Volunteer Management) in formulating and implementing partnership and volunteer acquisition, engagement and retention plans for the development of CDC to achieve community goals.
- Support the development, coordination, and establishment of partnership initiatives and volunteer mobilization plans in support of CDC programmes
- Work closely with the programme managers to identify needs and aggregate resources and expertise from partners to fill gaps
- Work closely with the programme managers to identify volunteering opportunities for expansion of CDC volunteering platform
- Manage the planning and execution of all fundraising programmes and events for the CDC
- Formulate and execute a volunteer engagement roadmap with the aim to cultivate volunteer leaders and build a pool of repeat volunteers for activation
- Account management services to partners and serve as CDC’s key liaison between partners and CDC’s internal stakeholders
- Coordination of engagement, hospitality, and relationship-building efforts across internal and external stakeholders
- Provide secretariat and administrative support to the Council committee set up to develop partnership and volunteer management

Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
- Cover the duties of Assistant Director (Partnership & Volunteer Management) in his/her absence
- Performs other duties as assigned by senior officers
Knowledge & Skills:
At least 1 year - 3 years of relevant working experience in the area of Project Management and Stakeholders Management
