This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and integrating consumer and operator insights, using syndicated and custom tools, to provide an advantage in the Away From Home channel. You will partner closely with the Lead of Operator and Patron Insights and with cross-functional teams — marketing, sales, culinary, new business development, and R&D — to elevate Kraft Heinz insights by translating findings into actionable recommendations. You will routinely present those findings to internal stakeholders and external customers.
What’s on the menu?
Research and apply expertise in Away From Home channels (restaurants, noncommercial segments, and convenience stores) to inform strategy and drive business growth.
Analyze and translate qualitative and quantitative data (syndicated, custom, sales data) into data‑grounded recommendations for mid‑ and senior‑level decisions.
Design and run studies and scalable projects to build operator/patron understanding.
Generate operator and patron insights/jobs to be done to shape brand equity and innovation initiatives.
Synthesize findings into clear reports, presentations and customer facing sell stories.
Represent the insights’ function and partner with cross functional teams to regularly present to customers with clear, data-driven recommendations.
