Job Descriptions
Provide QC advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards
Supervise QC inspectors to ensure consistent QC inspection service quality
Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
Supervise the production of consistent quality products through the development and enforcement of excellent manufacturing practices, and procedures
Assist QC Manager in the development, coordination, and supervision of the QC programs
Communicates to management manufacturing processes and compliance with standards deviations
Monitors appropriate controls, sample plans, hold/release system, code rotation, processing controls, and other production systems where problems might exist
Controls further processing or shipment of nonconforming material or defective product
Conducts relevant training and education on quality systems and procedures
Follows up customer complaints and works together with management to reduce complaints
Verify compliance of the fabrics and prepare reports
Checking samples as well as give QC comments and prepare reports
Checking quality and measurements of bulk garment and prepare reports
Coordinate field testing process
Evaluate the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements
Achieve the set quality assurance compliance objectives and targets
Promote performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization
Ensure product compliance with international and national legislation and standards
Understand and evaluate the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications
Supervise technical team in carrying out checks and tests
Support to contemplate the application of health and safety, and environmental standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in related discipline preferred
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
Knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 2.5/4 is a must
Hard working, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsive, detail minded
A good team player, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with the team
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, good time management
Good command of written and spoken English
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Frequent travel is required
