About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical leader to join our team as New Product Introduction Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. You will be part of implementing a strategic program with new technology solutions, supply chain innovations, and service offerings for a last mile delivery client.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the cross functional design, introduction and operationalization of new products and services for mega fleet clients, leveraging business process management, hyper-automation and rapid prototyping to maximize time-to-value of new revenue and service optimization opportunities.
  • Drive process reengineering, simplification, workflow automation and continuous improvement across the service portfolio, inclusive of deployment, redeployment, title and registration and other core programs.
  • Design and operationalize voice of the customer methods, focus and beta groups and direct client input to establish critical and quality attributes of new products and services.
  • Build internal operational data and insights to identify business performance trends, cycle time opportunities, root cause identification, forecasting and hypothesis testing to size value propositions and growth opportunities.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for last mile rental programs, including data provisioning, workflow administration and collaboration with leadership and field operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop tools, systems and processes that mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency and execution.
  • Lead and support vendor management activities including requirements gathering, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with IT and billing stakeholders to develop automated billing processes, validate billing data and report revenues to leadership.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a point of contact for program performance, data stewardship and issue resolution.
  • Provide people leadership through performance management, goal setting, employee development and fostering a high-morale work environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Math, Physics or Computer Science.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
  • Five or more years of operations experience in services industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or evolving portfolios involving automation, rapid prototyping or new service introduction.
  • Proficiency in KPI design, business process management and business analytics.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving and independent judgment capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Experience with design of experiments, pilot design and single or multi-variable test design.
  • Experience building complex prediction models or applying machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with customer journey and moments of truth design principles.

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $132,500 – $182,160 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
