The Role and What You’ll Do
The Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and presenting data from all sources across On Location’s Olympic Sales, Marketing, and Technology operations. This role will deliver accurate performance reporting against objectives and KPIs, develop actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with hands-on experience coding in SQL, managing and visualizing large data sets, and implementing analytics best practices across digital platforms. They will serve as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Data teams—helping translate complex data into clear insights that shape strategy, optimize performance, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement tracking and measurement tools to capture relevant data across Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce operations.
Own the creation, validation, and maintenance of data pipelines and queries using SQL across Snowflake and other data environments.
Analyze data to evaluate performance, identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain data visualization dashboards (e.g., Omni, Amplitude) to communicate key marketing and sales metrics.
Leverage expertise in media performance metrics, audience insights, and sales funnels to drive improved campaign performance and ROI.
Manage and optimize web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to provide performance insights and forecast models.
Present reports, findings, and recommendations tailored to diverse audiences across Marketing, Leadership, and partner organizations.
Responsible for weekly reporting presentations to internal team as well as external rightsholders (IOC, LA28)
Responsible for ad-hoc reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Drive standardization and automation of marketing reporting to enable scalable, repeatable insights globally.
You Have These
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or performance marketing roles.
Proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries across large datasets.
Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including tag configuration, event tracking, and data validation.
Experience building dashboards in data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing performance and metrics across owned, earned, paid, and shared touchpoints.
Experience in global or multi-market reporting environments, ideally across ecommerce and direct sales models.
Ability to translate technical analytics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
We’d Love If You Also Have These
Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Snowflake, and Amplitude.
Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling, data enrichment, and funnel optimization techniques.
Familiarity with ETL workflows or marketing data pipelines.
Experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex data clear and compelling.
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$71,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
$95,000 annually
