Manager Market Access

In this role you will be a part of Global Access & Value (GAV) Türkiye team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute pricing and market access strategies for both launch and inline products.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-launch planning of launch products

  • Lead cross-functional teams, translate economic and clinical value, gather stakeholder insights, and synthesize them into actionable market access strategies.
  • Develop right value messages and innovative access strategies to optimize pricing and reimbursement conditions of launch assets.

Maximizing the potential of inline products

  • Manage ongoing pricing and reimbursement activities and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement conditions and optimize pricing.

Driving Strategic Insights & Innovation

  • With an entrepreneur mindset, monitor the evolving healthcare environment and engage with internal and external stakeholders to create insights.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and lead dare to try initiatives that support Pfizer Turkey’s market access goals.

Qualifications

  • Market Access and/or pricing experience in pharmaceutical sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related fields
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize insights across diverse domains
  • Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas, demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking mindset
  • Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
