Job Requirements:
Manage and support Noble’s Asset Integrity program to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all offshore and onshore rigs and equipment, in order to support Noble’s operations in the oil and gas industry.
Oversee current usage, future development continuous improvement projects and systems checks of Noble’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), IFS, and associated business processes.
Establish and monitor the Company’s Corporate and Department annual goals.
Responsible for the global CMMS and associated processes within the Asset Integrity Department as appointed by the Business Process Owner (BPO), Senior Manager, Maintenance Process and Solutions.
Serve as the Business Process Expert (BPE) and Business Document Owner (BDO) for relevant documentation related to Noble CMMS and associated business processes.
Ensure that Asset Integrity processes in the Management system (P2R/SIRIUS), are kept updated.
Ensure ongoing optimization of Asset Integrity processes as well as the CMMS solutions to support business goals and to gain the best business value overall.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that detailed maintenance of Equipment is governed according to company processes and solutions.
Develop Power BI/KPI reports monitoring Asset Integrity performance and Asset Integrity process compliance.
Ensure training material in processes and solutions within Asset Integrity is available and updated.
Ensure that training in processes and solutions within Asset Integrity is provided to employees according to business needs.
Responsible for exploiting CMMS system and other systems supporting business needs with Maintenance and Asset Integrity, including enabling mobile solutions.
Secure collaboration with other business process areas, always striving for well-integrated and uniform solutions across.
Keep process and systems knowledge up to date to include in innovative solutions and system capabilities supporting business processes as per best business practice.
Update policies, procedures, audits, etc. associated with Noble’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Submit progress reports to management on CMMS developments, improvement projects, and system checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and five (5) years of experience in technical maintenance and asset integrity with an international operating Oil & Gas Drilling Contractor with offshore vessels, including experience managing subordinates
Experience using industrial Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Experience applying applicable industry and regulatory codes, standards, and recommended practices (API, IADC, NORSOK, CFR, etc)
Knowledge of maintenance strategies and planning as well as experience in applying these on a large scale within a CMMS
Experience with use of Microsoft applications and applicable software programs.
Alternate Requirements
Seven (7) years of experience in technical maintenance and asset integrity with an international operating Oil & Gas Drilling Contractor with offshore vessels, including experience managing subordinates
Experience using industrial Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Experience applying applicable industry and regulatory codes, standards, and recommended practices (API, IADC, NORSOK, CFR, etc)
Knowledge of maintenance strategies and planning as well as experience in applying these on a large scale within a CMMS
Experience with use of Microsoft applications and applicable software programs.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required, including offshore.
