Job Description Summary:

As a key member of the Supply Chain Services and Digital Transformation, the Logistics Digital Services Manager – North America & Latin America (NALA) plays a crucial role in advancing the modernization and digitization of the CPS supply chain to improve visibility and predictability. This is achieved through the comprehensive implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS) and Track & Trace (T&T) capabilities, along with promoting tool adoption by Commercial Products Supply (CPS) plants. The Logistics Digital Services Manager will persistently support, execute, and maintain the digital transformation efforts in collaboration with Global Logistics Service, CPS plants, Contour team and key 3PLs, focusing on enhancing process discipline, user engagement, and change management.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and optimize the Transportation Management System (TMS) & Track & Trace (T&T) system to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain visibility for 6 CPS Plants

· Collaborate with internal/external partners for seamless integration of TMS and Track & Trace initiatives; assist end-users and carriers with platform adoption.

· Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) by identifying gaps and improvement opportunity of process/system, advocate best practice sharing among Super Users, and stay alert on technology trends.

· Conduct learning sessions for CPS super users to refresh skills and promote a shared learning environment amongst stakeholders.

· Develop standard operating procedures, and training materials to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify areas for improvement in the TMS and track & trace processes to improve productivity and cost reduction.

· Establish, monitor, and leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement and innovation in logistics digital tools and processes.

· Manage procurement negotiations, contract & relationships with T&T Vendors.

· Triage Super user’s reported TMS and T&T issues, conduct first/second level investigation, and manage escalation with IT/FK technical or support team.

· Drive the conversation with SAP, IT Team, and T&T vendors to push for progress/completion, and ultimate resolution of issues.

· Escalation points for Freight forwarders compliance on technical and data requirement.

· Collaborate with IT for completion of LBN integration.

· Coordinate carrier EDI efforts and assist with UAT and IT upgrades.

· Support additional digital initiatives, such as the Supply Chain Control Tower.

· Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.

Education Requirements:

· BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems, preferred.

Years of Experience:

· 3-5 Years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics; preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Working as a Global Team: Ability to work as part of a virtual global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver results and share best practices across a global System.

· Systems: Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Module (TM) and Track & Trace platforms, such as, FourKites. Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in transportation and logistics.

· Data and Analytics: Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various scenarios and analyze impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.

· Communication: Continuous communication with the CPS plants, and with Carriers/3PLs (Senior Management) to ensure the execution of digital Transportation strategies, improve performance, and build strong relationships in support of the business goals and requirements.

· Collaboration: Strong collaboration with CPS Plants and Key 3PL’s partners. Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating one’s own and others’ efforts to accomplish a goal.

· Drive Innovation: Generate new solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business

Language Requirements:

· Proficient in spoken & written in English

· Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish; preferred

Pay Range:

$107,400 - $128,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
