Pay Range
$51.05 - $76.60
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and execution of select enterprise events and programs—including virtual, hybrid, and in‑person experiences—that activate leaders and teammates.
- Support special project delivery by developing project plans, guiding timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating strong cross‑functional coordination.
- Handle end‑to‑end logistics for events: asset creation, registration, invitations, vendor collaboration, speaker vetting, travel arrangements, production elements, and onsite support.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure content, materials, communications and event flow are seamless, on‑brand, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to support high‑quality execution.
- Coordinate production elements such as slides, video, graphics, and A/V to ensure smooth technical execution.
- Support the creation of run‑of‑show documents, scripts, and speaker preparation materials.
- Assist with budget planning and tracking for events and projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and forecasting to maintain cost‑effective execution practices.
- Support the development and rollout of communication plans that drive clarity, participation, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Communications teams to create and distribute event‑related materials such as invitations, signage, pre‑work, and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update the Leadership Resource Site, ensuring files, videos, and assets remain accurate and accessible.
- Contribute to the development of surveys and feedback tools to measure event effectiveness and leader sentiment.
- Review insights to identify opportunities for improvement and apply industry best practices in event design, logistics, and participant engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, senior leader offices, and executive assistants.
- Serve as a responsive and collaborative partner to internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned, well‑coordinated experiences.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or other business-related fields, or bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
Certification / Registration / License
Experience
- Typically requires at least 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or other business-related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership, project management or administrative roles with exposure to cross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and contribute to strategic initiatives
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and across departments and businesses to bring a calm demeanor and coordinated approach to company issues, balancing competing perspectives and the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to support strategic planning and help translate goals into actionable project plans.
- Skilled in vendor management, contract coordination, and budget tracking.
- Creative problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and event experience design.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment; adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and event/project management tools.
- Ability to guide contractors, junior staff, or event volunteers as needed (non‑formal people leadership).
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Position requires some work on weekends and outside of normal business hours.
- Position requires some travel.
