Estimated annual base pay: $113,000(minimum) - $147,000(midpoint) - $181,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage security program by partnering with IT and other departments to ensure the seamless adoption of security measures into organizational processes and workflows.
- Design and implement a comprehensive IT security strategies to safeguard organizational data and systems.
- Oversees and mentors the IT security team, managing hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Manage all aspects of security tools and configuration. Ensure team is trained, and responsive to all security request and incidents.
- Oversee the technical response to security incidents, focusing on threat identification, containment, eradication, and recovery to minimize impact.
Key Skills:
- Network Security: Expertise in securing network infrastructures, including firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation and intrusion detection systems.
- Endpoint Security: Skilled in deploying and managing endpoint protection solutions and hardening standards.
- Identity & Cloud security: Proficiency with IAM solutions (RBAC, MFA, PAM) and securing cloud platforms using conditional access, encryption, and configuration best practices.
- Data Security: Expertise in data protection controls like DLP, secure storage, retention policies, eDiscovery and access controls.
- Project Management: Expertise in overseeing security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing security strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Communication: Effective in communicating security efforts and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage security teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Problem Solving: Adept at resolving complex security challenges through analytical thinking.
- Financial Acumen: Experienced in managing budgets and financial resources related to security operations.
Successful Candidates Typically Have:
- 7 years of IT Security experience with 1-2 year of management experience
- CISSP, CISM or similar certification preferred
