Hubspot

Manager, Internal AI Enablement & Agentic Systems

Remote - USA Full Time

HubSpot’s Business Systems organization powers how HubSpot runs — supporting our People, Legal, Finance teams, our internal platforms, and the company-wide adoption of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean.

We’re hiring a Manager, Internal AI Enablement & Agentic Systems to lead a team of technical Business Systems Analysts who are redefining how HubSpot works through agentic AI. Your team will be the internal experts and owners of enterprise AI tools — responsible for ideation, rapid prototyping, solution design, and hands-on implementation of low-code agents and workflows that materially improve how HubSpotters operate.

This is a builder-leader role for a manager who can connect business processes to frontier AI capabilities, get hands-on with prototypes, and develop a team capable of scaling AI impact across the company.

What You’ll Do

Lead a high-impact team of technical BSAs

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team that blends process discovery, systems thinking, and hands-on AI prototyping.
  • Drive clarity, focus, and accountability around enterprise AI enablement.

Own HubSpot’s enterprise-wide AI tools

  • Serve as the product owner for internal AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean, and more).
  • Define access models, usage guidelines, and best practices.
  • Monitor tool effectiveness, adoption, UX, and emerging features to inform strategy.

Design and deliver agentic AI solutions

  • Work with business stakeholders to map workflows, identify opportunities, and design AI-powered assistants, copilots, retrieval systems, and automation.
  • Prototype early versions yourself or with your team to validate value quickly.
  • Own delivery of reliable, secure, scalable AI tools using low-code/agent frameworks.

Drive enterprise-wide AI enablement

  • Democratize AI usage across departments through training, documentation, and internal GTM motions.
  • Build feedback loops to continuously improve tools based on real user needs.
  • Evangelize safe, effective AI usage across HubSpot.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on discovery to understand business workflows and identify AI leverage points.
  • Architect and deliver AI-enabled systems that are simple, reliable, and intuitive.
  • Balance rapid iteration with secure and responsible AI implementations.
  • Establish frameworks for evaluating AI opportunities and measuring impact.
  • Build an operating model for how HubSpot uses AI internally—access, governance, usage, integrations, and performance.
  • Create a high-trust, high-autonomy environment where BSAs can deliver their best work.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing and developing technical BSAs, consulting teams, or hybrid product/operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design business processes and translate them into technical requirements and working systems.
  • Hands-on experience building low-code or agentic AI solutions (e.g., GPT actions/agents, n8n, Glean workflows, Zapier/Workato, copilot builders).
  • Strong understanding of modern LLM ecosystems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
  • Proven ability to prototype quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Excellent system thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfort leading through ambiguity.
  • A passion for turning emerging AI capabilities into high-utility, real-world internal tools.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your team consistently partners with function specific teams to help them develop AI agents and automations that HubSpotters love — and adopt.
AI becomes a natural part of daily workflows across People, Legal, Finance, and beyond.
  • Clear, measurable improvements in speed, quality, and employee experience.
  • A robust, scalable governance model that enables rapid experimentation without sacrificing safety.
  • A motivated team known for high trust, high output, and technical excellence.
