Job Description

Manager, Insights & Analytics

Role Overview
The Manager of Insights & Analytics is a critical role responsible for turning data into clear, actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and business decisions across TruGreen. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader sits at the center of the marketing organization, helping Brand, Product, Website, and CRM teams understand what is happening in the business and what to do next.

This role goes beyond reporting. It requires someone who can connect signals across channels, translate complex data into clear narratives, and confidently bring insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the data and in the room where decisions are made.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Insights

  • Translate marketing performance data into clear insights that guide strategy across brand, demand generation, CRM, website, and product marketing.
  • Surface the “so what” behind the data and recommend actions that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Serve as the analytics partner across the marketing organization, supporting Brand, Media, Website & CRO, Lifecycle/CRM, and Product Marketing.
  • Help teams design measurement plans and ensure campaigns, experiments, and initiatives are set up to generate meaningful insights.
  • Distill complex data into clear, concise narratives that leaders can quickly understand and act on.
  • Prepare executive-level readouts and participate in discussions with senior leadership.
  • Confidently present insights, recommendations, and strategic implications.
  • Partner with Brand, Media, and Website teams to develop structured testing plans.
  • Analyze results from creative tests, landing page experiments, promotions, and campaign optimizations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building and maintaining marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level scorecards.
  • Strong analytical thinker who can move beyond reporting to identify meaningful insights and strategic opportunities.
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience working with marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data and present ideas clearly to executives.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and contributing to strategic conversations.

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.
