What we need
The IE Process Manager is responsible for governing network-wide process standards and documentation, ensuring one consistent way of working across all sites. This role serves as the central owner of SOPs, work instructions, and standard work, partnering with site-level CI and Quality teams to evaluate, validate, and scale process improvements while maintaining document control, compliance alignment, and operational consistency across the network.

Exol is pioneering fulfillment as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.
Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.
What you’ll do
Own and govern network-wide SOPs, work instructions, and standard work, serving as the final authority for process documentation and controlled changes
Partner with site-level CI and Quality teams to evaluate, validate, and scale process improvements, ensuring local changes are assessed for network deployment and properly documented
Maintain disciplined document control, including versioning, approvals, revision history, and alignment with QMS and compliance requirements
Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure workflow consistency, material flow alignment, and process integrity across automated and manual environments
Support facility layout development, process design, and standard work definition for new site launches and major expansions
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process engineering, or operational excellence roles within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated experience owning and governing SOPs, work instructions, and standard work in multi-site operations
Strong understanding of change management, document control, and process governance in standards-driven or regulated environments
Experience collaborating with CI or Lean Six Sigma teams to evaluate and scale process improvements
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, CI, Quality, and Engineering while serving as the owner of network-wide process standards
Experience supporting site launches, layout design, or major operational transitions (preferred)
Familiarity with QMS, audit readiness, or compliance-aligned documentation requirements (preferred)
Our Environment
Travel could be up to 50% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)

The base range for this position in the posted location is $95,000.00 - $131,000.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
