JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

- Responsible for leading Thailand initiatives with a primary focus on MRO (Maintenance, Repairing and operating supplies) ensuring that selects the most appropriate goods and services on the basis of price, Quality, delivery times and Services support.
- Develops relevant category strategies aligned with internal key stakeholders and regional team that drive total cost savings and increases spend under Procurement management.
- The role will utilize spent analytics, sourcing management processes, negotiating all terms and conditions, secure signed contracts, managing key supplier relationships, ensure continuity of business.
- Leads key country initiatives, as well as selected projects or categories of spending with potential for country consolidation.
- Develops and drives implementation of Thailand sourcing strategies for selected categories.
- Generates productivity initiatives through scope optimizations, should-cost modelling, ROI based approach, negotiations and category and supplier consolidations.
- Fully accountable for the overall portfolio strategy and delivery of aligned targets.
- Works closely with country key stakeholders in understanding needs, objectives and priorities to optimize total cost, quality and service.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and works cross-functionally in developing and executing sound sourcing strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders, regional purchasing team and vendors.
- Comfortable with dealing and managing senior internal stakeholders as high level of exposure to local leadership team.
- Manages indirect buyers team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure delivery of objectives and professional development.
- Proven experience in working in a fast moving and result driven environment which demands to work under pressure and be flexible in the face of changing priorities
- Fully compliance with BOS & POS & PLUS
- Ability to work under pressure

- Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety: safety talk, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
- Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, safety plan tour, lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE."
- Conduct Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also, that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering related field
- At least 12 years of indirect purchasing experience
- Understands indirect purchasing categories across the business, analyses category markets and translates into actionable strategies and forward-looking analyses
- Automotive Purchasing experience
- Good Personality, Leadership demonstrated, Creative problem-solving skills and good team playing
- Good Attitude, Positive Thinking and willing to handle situation with open mind
- Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance
- MFG/Pro/ QAD/ARIBA will be most advantage and most preferable with computer skill
- Good communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English
