Role Overview
The Manager I, Talent Sourcing is responsible for leading a team of sourcing specialists to build strong candidate pipelines that support high-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role focuses on proactive talent identification, market mapping, employer branding support, and delivering qualified candidates to recruitment teams to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent sourcers to achieve sourcing KPIs and hiring goals
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of candidate pipelines
Provide ongoing feedback, training, and career development support
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume roles (customer service, tech support, sales, back-office, etc.)
Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job boards, social media, Boolean search, referrals, events, and partnerships
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and evergreen roles
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
Align sourcing strategies with business priorities and seasonal hiring trends
Data & Reporting
Track and analyze sourcing metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness)
Use data insights to optimize sourcing strategies and improve ROI
Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability
Recommend innovative sourcing techniques and tools
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes and improve efficiency
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in BPO or high-volume environments
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, social recruiting)
Experience with ATS and CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
