About the role
The GLG People Team is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented and collaborative leader to manage our global HR Support Team located in offices across Asia, Europe and the US. The HR Support team owns the administration and delivery of our day-to-day people processes from onboarding to offboarding and plays a key role in our global payroll processes. The team also provides front-line support to employees and managers by fielding incoming requests and questions.
As the manager of GLG’s HR Support team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including tier 1 employee support, transaction management, and service delivery. You will also assume people leader responsibilities including training, performance management and serving as the primary point of escalation for all HR Support matters. from your team to help you develop top-tier project management and communication skills.
