Role summary:

The (USA) Manager, Global Payroll, leads the management and continuous improvement of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. This role oversees data management, payroll administration, tax processing, and operational excellence to deliver accurate and timely payroll services. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to resolve complex issues, implements process enhancements, and drives service quality. By leveraging analytical insights and technology, this position supports seamless payroll functions while maintaining integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and global standards.
About the Team:
The team conducts audits to identify risks and supports sustainable training strategies. It tracks payroll metrics for leadership reporting, advances AI initiatives, and plays a key role in the Payroll Modernization Project. Focused on operational excellence, the team ensures accurate payroll administration and compliance with regulatory requirements. Members collaborate across functions to enhance processes, resolve issues, and implement improvements. Utilizing data management and analysis, the team drives efficiency and supports organizational goals while maintaining high standards of service and integrity in all payroll-related activities. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR.
What you'll do:
  • Lead global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee data management practices, maintaining integrity and consistency of payroll-related data across systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll issues and support seamless integration of payroll systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to payroll team members.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll administration, including payroll systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong expertise in data management, including metadata analysis and maintaining data consistency across platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational excellence initiatives, applying root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex payroll and operational issues.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop team members while upholding company policies and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Must be a team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in SAP and payroll is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
