Job Description Summary:

This role will be a flexible resource across FSOP (Foodservice & On-Premise) Customer and Portfolio teams focusing on the highest priorities as determined by business needs. This role will provide business partnership and financial management of processes, projects, and ad hoc commercial financial analysis. This role will partner directly with Senior Finance Directors to deliver results for the Company, to ensure our commitments to our customers are met, and to provide commercial analytical expertise to the business. Priorities will adjust to the needs identified by customer directors and may include customer agreement team priority work.

This role will provide flexible financial support to FSOP Senior Finance Directors, acting as a networked leader. As such, the role requires the ability to lead, influence and direct the work activities of finance and cross-functional partners including NAOU FSOP team members and Platform Services partners.

This role will assist in the internal financial planning and will deliver ad hoc commercial analytical support as priorities dictate.

Work Focus

  • Serves as strategic partner to the team on significant matters relating to financial policies, programs, profitability and P&L for Company and Customers  
  • Execute and deliver strategic business and financial plans for customer portfolio
  •  Advise and support key business partners with strategic leadership and recommendations that drive long-term profitable growth for Company and the Customer   
  • Review and approval of financial forecasts for customer portfolio, working with finance partners in Platform Services 
  •  P&L Risk & Opportunity identification, with recommended actions to deliver the Operating Income (OI) plan  
  • Lead financial management and customer facing relationship with internal business partners and external customers  
     

Communication Focus 

  • Effective communication and influencing skills required to cultivate internal and external customer relationships.
  • Communication and stewardship of financial performance internal cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and forecasting results.
  • Demonstrated ability to make improvements or recommend enhancements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in leading performance management for business P&L and providing relevant analytics and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in leading annual business plans and long-range plans in collaboration with customer teams.
  • Experience in driving engagement with senior leaders and leading teams to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading Platform Services engagement for business.
  • Proven ability to lead financial evaluation and partner with business teams to structure commercials for all new deals or renewals.
  • Deep understanding of the financials and system economics comprising the Bottlers, customers, marketing agencies through the lens of categories, packages, brands, and the competitive landscape.

Pay Range:

$103,000 - $119,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
