Manager, Enterprise Performance Analytics

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking analytics leader to join the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) within the Technology, Innovation, and Data (TID) organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data products that enable our Performance Transformation (PT) program and support decision making across Finance, Commercial, and Operations.

As a trusted partner to senior business leaders, you will shape how the organization measures performance, unlocks insights, and accelerates transformation. You will bring together analytical rigor, product thinking, and business acumen to influence strategy, drive operational excellence, and elevate our enterprise wide analytics capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strong stakeholder leadership and a passion for turning data into meaningful impact.

This role is based in our temporary location of 20 York Mills Rd, then the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Analytics Centre of Excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and sustain an integrated enterprise performance roadmap that unifies operational, commercial, guest experience, and financial KPIs into a single, actionable insights framework.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment on KPI definitions and performance measurement standards to ensure consistency and clarity across the enterprise.
  • Serve as the data product owner by designing and evolving user‑centric dashboards and reporting tools that enable faster, data‑driven decision‑making at all levels.
  • Lead change‑management and adoption efforts through training, communication, and partner engagement to embed analytics into everyday business workflows.
  • Translate complex, cross‑functional data into clear, strategic insights and narratives that highlight business drivers, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Data Governance, Engineering, BI, and data steward teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality analytics products, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI‑assisted insights where appropriate.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and modern analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build positive relationships and communicate complex concepts across the organization.
  • Practical knowledge of the product-development lifecycle and experience driving a collaborative, hypothesis-driven analytics culture.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs or large cross functional initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong process management and development skills with ability to determine and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and performance measurement, with a proven track record of implementing analytical solutions that drive value for finance, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools in an Agile environment.
  • Passion for turning data into impact, with a mindset rooted in curiosity, adaptability, and excellence.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000
 

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at our temporary 20 York Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario location with travel, as needed, to our the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
