What You’ll Do
The Manager, Enterprise Analytics will partner with key internal stakeholders to support new and ongoing analytics initiatives. This role will be a leader of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The manager’s primary focus will be to lead a team of analysts supporting and advancing initiatives to deliver analytics for operational performance in collaboration with market operations, clinical, strategy, finance, and business development teams. In addition to managing and mentoring the team, this role will operate as a player-coach—directly contributing to complex analytics projects where strategic thinking, technical depth, and stakeholder alignment are critical. This role will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Analytics.

Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000
